In June 2020, the land directly next to the Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg train station was purchased, including the approved project. An eight-story apartment building with 28 rental apartments according to bonacasa construction standards and service areas will be built. According to the planning status, the residential and commercial building will comprise apartments with 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 rooms, an approximately 200 m2 service area on the first floor and a surrounding area shared by the public. A parking garage is available to tenants, visitors and customers. Heat will be generated by means of a heat pump and photovoltaic system and the building will be Minergie certified.
Architects and general contractor: Renggli AG
Construction began in January 2021. The apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in August 2022.
